Name: Technopia Technopia is a very clean design that really shows off the power of the Joomla! templating capabilities. This month RocketTheme has implemented some new features never before seen in a Joomla Template. The first item which you will notice is the brand new completely custom CSS driven horizontal menu. This menu is based on the RocketTheme suckerfish menu system, but has been modified to support this horizontal layout. As with other RocketTheme menu systems like RTSplitMenu and RTSuckerfish, this new RTSuperSucker menu system maintains the top-level active state when you select a menu item in the second level. Play around with it to see the power of this navigation device and you will quickly see how useful this is for your users. Another neat feature is the MooFX based accordian' module block on the side of the main content area. This allows you to stack lots of modules into this area while retaining valuable real estate and white-space in your layout. It's more than just dazzling good looks, it's practical to boot! Technopia is also a pure CSS template that uses no tables to control the layout, this allows for increased performance and better SEO capabilities. This template comes with 3 color variations built in, 2 width choices, and the option to flip the template from left to right orientation. The full list of configurable parameters are: * Choose width either thin which supports 800×600 or wide which supports 1024×768 Overview An overview of the key features of this template are as follows: * Joomla 1.0+ compatible Some screenshots showing these capabilities can be seen below:
RTSuperSucker menu Information The RTSuperSucker menu system uses the othermenu by default and this menu is configured in the admin administator. For this to function correctly understand that the top level' menu items will show up as the horizontal buttons across the top of the template. For sub menu items, assign Parent Item to these top menus to the top-level item. These will then show up below in a submenu when you click on a top-level item. For an example of this check out the demo server 1. Install as normal using the Site Templates Installer Configuration The configuration is controlled by a file called templateConfig.inc.php. Just modify this file to reflect the configuration you want to implement. If you have trouble modifying this file once you've installed the template, try using JoomlaXplorer
