Open the Main.PSD Replace your own text simply by editing the Text-Layers in folders. ( Gelatine , Gray-Gelatine , Honey , Candy , Chocolate ) or simply edit the shapes in Shapes sub-folder and or paste a brand new one.

To create one of the text effects open one of the files in Styles folder. All text layers are editable.

If you would like to use the styles or patterns anywhere out of the Main.PSD simply double-click one of them in Styles or Patterns folder when Adobe Photoshop is open. The style or pattern will be added to photoshop library.
