What a surprise!
Minifrontpage is now at the top rated project on extensions.joomla.org for only 1 week after its initial release. (And since then we have a lot of requests asking for another features to be supported)
As a big thanks to the community who have been found the usefullness and who have rated this module to be the top one, we've decided to make a little fix and add a little new features so it can be more and more usefull for the communities
So here it is, an updated MiniFrontPage which will bring your J! frontpage component into a flexible J! module.

Changelog for version 1.1

* Add Show/Hide thumbnail option
* Add Show Category Title option
* Now support non- images (Minifrontpage now will also generate thumbnail for images that is put into the article using html tags)
* No More generating the thumbnail everytime the page is loaded (the module is loaded faster now)
* Fix aspect ratio calculation
